Estimation and Cost
Offering a line by line estimation process allows the client to know exactly what they are paying for and which items they can change or eliminate to stay within the budget. The process also allows for flexibility in the project for adding additional items and having a straight forward document with the number of items included with the price.
Our Handyman service is offered at a a rate of $65 per hour and is available for scheduling by calling or email. If you book 4 hours we have a special offer of $249. Payments can be made with cash, check, or credit cards on site or over the phone. Call now to get on the schedule!
Call or email Capone Construction Inc. to get advise leads and to schedule the start of the clients project
Meet with a Designer and Architect to have plans drawn.
Capone Construction Inc. will review the clients plans and start the estimation process
Meet with Capone Construction Inc. for an on site review, consultation and rough estimation
Finalize the estimation, send it to the client for review, make changes to suit the client needs, get approval and then sign the contract.
Start the work on the house at an agreed upon date.
Have weekly meetings with customer and others involved. More or less are available to fit the clients needs
Finalize the punch list of items selected by the client and final inspections
